Sallie Albert

Owner/Founder – Sallie is an advanced practice registered nurse who graduated from 2017 with her bachelors of nursing from the University of Southern Maine. She continued her education and graduated with her masters in nursing with a concentration as a family nurse practitioner in 2020 and with her post masters certification with a concentration as a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner in 2022, both from Purdue University . Currently Sallie is pursuing her doctorate of nursing practice and a dual masters in business administration through Wilmington University.
Sallie is a certified correctional health professional through the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare. Sallie is also a sexual assault forensic examiner and has experience responding to local emergency departments to collect evidence and to care for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. She has specialized training in risk management, human trafficking and healthcare within the correctional setting. Sallie has a combined experience of over 15 years in different correctional settings including county jails and prisons.
Ryan Albert, Owner
Certified Correctional Officer
Ryan graduated with an associates in criminal justice from Beal College in 2010. He was previously employed at Two Bridges Regional Jail from 2014-2020. He served on the special response team, has extensive knowledge involving security protocols and understanding of facility operations within a correctional setting. Ryan has many years of experience caring for incarcerated individuals with high acuity medical and mental health needs.
Dr. Alexander Mesrobian, MD.
Dr. Alexander Mesrobian is a board certified physician in both internal and occupational medicine. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1982. He is founder of Occupational Health Associates and has 24 years of experience in emergency medicine.
Dr. Stephanie Chin
DNP, APRN-CNP, FNP-BC; MSN RN, MA M.Ed.
Dr. Stephanie Chin is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, educator, and mental health clinician. Her professional practice includes primary care, treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and trauma-informed care. She has educated and mentored post-secondary students in nursing and allied health programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She holds her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Purdue University Global, as well as advanced degrees in Nursing, Mental Health Counseling, and Special Education.
Janet Morang
LCSW, LADC, CCS, MHRT-CSP
Janet is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor who graduated from the University of Maine in 2018. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Social Work from Simmons University. Janet is a Co-Occurring Disorders Clinician and specializes in Correctional Social Work with several years of experience. In 2021, Janet completed the 63rd Basic Corrections Training Program and is also a Certified Corrections Officer.
Samantha “Sammi” Doe
FNP, Regional Manager
Samantha “Sammi” Doe is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from Saint Anselm College in 2002 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and in 2014 from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine’s family nurse practitioner program with her Master of Science in Nursing. She is also pursuing her post-master’s certification in psychiatric and mental health nursing. Sammi has a varied nursing and nurse practitioner career in both medical and behavioral/mental health roles. She is passionate about working with underserved, underprivileged, and vulnerable patient populations including (but not limited to) persons who are experiencing/have experienced homelessness, substance use disorders, and trauma. Sammi has a special interest in the harm reduction model of care regarding substance use disorder treatment. As Florence Nightingale pledged, Sammi “devotes (herself) to the welfare of those committed to (her) care.”
